Job Description

We are the preeminent staffing services company that is in search of a strong Bookkeeper to add to our growing team. An experienced Bookkeeper with general ledger analysis, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll and proficient QuickBooks experience will excel in this role. This position requires on-site training and development as a part of the orientation process and hybrid work will be considered following.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years Full-Cycle Bookkeeping experience
  • Associate's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Collections
  • Vendor invoices
  • Account reconciliations
  • Familiarity with general ledgers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)
