Baker Chevrolet of Allegan is looking for an Experienced Service Technician Experienced Automotive Technician ready to join our successful team. We are a family owned automotive dealership that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a professional work environment to our employees. Working in a Clean well lit environment with new equipment. $80,000 - $100,000 / Year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Job Requirements:

• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and air conditioning, etc
• Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license with good driving history

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years experience Required
• Automotive technician / mechanic experience with GM factory training a plus
• Need to identify client's concerns quickly
• Strong knowledge base of automobiles and light trucks
• state certifications (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
