Job Description

Day to day:

• Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and contribute to and manage small lab buildouts within existing on-site buildings
• Prioritize and execute large projects (approximately 80%) alongside workplace projects (around 20%)
• Perform detailed on-site assessments and document every stage of the project process
• Collaborate with various stakeholders—both internal teams and external partners—to ensure alignment and transparency
• Adapt to shifting priorities and respond proactively to any issues that arise during project execution

Must Haves:

• 6+ years in project/program management with a background in construction (civil, structural, architectural) for R&D labs/facilities.
• Lab Building experience ( R&D labs, any sort of lab build is good, Chamber build out, data center build out, etc. )
• Previous projects ($1 million or more)
• MAP Background (Mechanical, architectural, process)
• PA (Project administrator) experience
• CSA experience (Civil, structural, architectural)
• experience using project management tools ( MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
• experience using budget management tools ( like SAP, Oracle, similar ERP systems)
• Strong organizational documentational skills
