Mandatory Qualifications:
VCH-Richmond requires an FRCPC certified Anaesthesiologist to support the expansion of daily Operating Room time throughout the week. The hospital maintains obstetric, general surgery, ENT, orthopedic, urologic and vascular elective and emergency programs.
We are looking for interested anesthesiologists to join our group for a permanent full-time position. Interest in the Pain clinic would be desirable but is not a prerequisite.
The position will remain open until filled.
Richmond hospital is a community academic teaching hospital. Applicants must have an interest or additional training in research and/or medical education. The hospital is over 225 beds, sees over 50,000 emergency room patients per year, and runs seven acute operating rooms daily, as well as a minor procedure room, a busy rehab clinic, and an ambulatory procedure centre.
