We’re seeking a dynamic Exec/Admin Assistant to support two Vice Presidents within our Global Accounts Receivable team. This is a high-visibility role with global reach, offering opportunities to learn the business, build strong networks, and grow your career at American Express. 

What You’ll Do  

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics across time zones. 
  

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries. 
  

• Handle executive correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and keep leaders informed. 
  

• Organize conferences, team events, and cultural initiatives. 
  

• Process expenses, manage office needs, and support ad hoc projects. 
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. 
  

• Highly organized, proactive, and discreet with strong communication skills. 
  

• Strong relationship-building abilities and problem-solving mindset. 
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Amex systems a plus. 
  

Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits
