Job Description Duties : Lead data visualization strategy for Policy, maintaining existing dashboards and developing new self-service resources. Optimize data delivery to the Policy team and facilitate data sharing with cross-functional partners. Build and manage the primary Policy metrics and insights datasets and visualizations, aggregating data across lobbying, advocacy, partnerships, campaigns, news, research, and compliance efforts. Architect data to be flexible across various geographic levels, including government boundaries, custom shapes, and business definitions. Collaborate closely with the Economics and Research Data Science team to ensure high-quality data consumption by the Policy team. Ensure Policy Comms data assets meet internal data certification standards. Utilize Minerva, the company's metrics management tool, to enhance data accessibility for practitioners. Develop frameworks for experimentation and attribution in political advocacy and regulatory marketing initiatives. Support ad hoc analytics for Policy, including supply, economic impact, growth, and compliance analyses. Build relationships with local and regional Policy Comms teams worldwide to support their data needs, partnering with the Data Strategy Taskforce. Skills : 7+ years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science. Expertise in SQL and Python. Proficiency in building data visualizations, preferably in Tableau. Experience with complex geographic data. Knowledge of graphs is a plus. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with large, complex data systems and metrics. Creative approach to data analysis to meet business objectives. Experience designing and executing marketing experiments. Self-initiative in technical problem-solving. Experience with machine learning models is a plus. Experience with survey sampling and response analysis is a plus. Knowledge of R, Java, REACT is a plus. The hiring range for this position is $58 to $68 per hour, subject to internal equity, geographic location, and candidate experience.
