Job Description
We’re looking for a Web Developer – SEO Specialist to make our websites run faster and rank higher. You’ll focus on technical SEO, quick load times, and smooth content updates while pitching in on audio/video tweaks and formatting for our team. If you’ve got a knack for coding and SEO, this is your chance to shine and help us grow.
We are creating a new marketing team with four team members. (1) The website guru (you), (2) the copywriter, (3) the graphic designer, and (4) the organizer/scheduler who helps the team implement the new ideas as they are created. This four-person marketing will have a lot of freedom and authority to create and implement projects based on results. And our goal is to bonus the team based on the results created -- basically, the more revenue the team is able to generate for the company, the higher the bonus each team member will receive each quarter.

Required Experience and Responsibilities:
We have three main websites and dozens of secondary websites, and we need help getting them redesigned and updated. We are looking for someone who is eager to work with one of the best teams in the DFW area and with expertise in the following areas:
