Join our Open House Hiring Event to find a job you’ll love! Warehouse Associate Hiring Event Monday, August 11th Tuesday, August 12th Wednesday, August 13th Thursday, August 14th 10am to 3pm all four days!! Warehouse Associates needed in Phillipsburg, NJ at Flexport! Multiple first shifts available earning $18.50/hour. The role includes picking, packing, sorting shipping, and receiving of various products. Overtime opportunity available too! Event Details: Flexport 3000 Rand Blvd., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 *Please bring ID to complete I-9 forms. Available Shifts: 7am to 5pm

• Sunday-Wednesday
• Wednesday to Saturday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
