Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has an opportunity for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders for pick up, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the customer pick up area, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday rotation

Essential Duties

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order Fulfillment:
  • Pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer pick up shelves, ensuring orders are readily accessible and organized.
  • Reconcile aging orders and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate sales associate.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers picking up orders.
  • Communicate order status updates to parts sales associates and customers as needed.
• Inventory Management:
  • Accurately stage and log dirty core returns.
  • Return customer return parts to stock, ensuring proper documentation and inventory updates.
• Warehouse Support:
  • Assist in general warehouse duties, such as receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, as time permits.
• Cleanliness and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer pick up area.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
