RKI ENGINEERING INC Hiring Virtual Assistant responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to clients remotely. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by managing various tasks and responsibilities on behalf of the client. The Virtual Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting clients in managing their time, resources, and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support

Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.

Manage email and phone communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.

Assist with personal tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, project management software, and communication tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
