About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Health Economics Outcomes Researcher (HEOR) and Real World Evidence (RWE) to lead the development and execution of programs that assess the clinical and economic impact of healthcare interventions in the real world. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of generating high-impact, near-real-time value evidence to support the company's portfolio, with a focus on oncology. This role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare decision-makers, payers, and policy makers. The VP will be responsible for ensuring that HEOR evidence meets the needs of key stakeholders and for effectively communicating research findings to promote the adoption of evidence-based insights in patient care. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in HEOR, RWE, or related fields within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in oncology drug development. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of high-impact publications, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of health economics methodologies. The VP will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in health policy and the payer environment, and to contribute to the advancement of the company's capabilities in evidence-based medicine. A Ph.D., MD, DrPH, or PharmD is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced medical or scientific doctoral degree.
