Join Our Team as an Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner!

At ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care , we are seeking passionate and skilled Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional clinical care for acute episodic conditions. You will be treating both adult and pediatric patients in our state-of-the-art urgent care centers across the Delaware/Maryland area.

• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and treatments for a variety of conditions.
• Perform minor procedures and coordinate care for patients needing advanced treatments.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree for Physician Assistants
  • Master's Degree for Nurse Practitioners
• Experience:
  • 1+ years of post-residency clinical experience required.
  • 18 months of experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting preferred.
  • Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients is a plus.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • National Certification and active state medical licensure (MD/DE can be obtained).

Essential Functions

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Examining and treating patients with acute conditions.
• Taking detailed medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests.
• Making diagnoses and prescribing medications.
• Treating minor injuries and educating patients on their care.
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Compensation

Full-time providers can expect an annual salary ranging from $120,536 to $151,840 before value incentives.
