Job Details

As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will:

• Oversee multiple construction projects in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
