Sunbelt Staffing isseeking experienced Surgical Technologists (Surg Techs) to join our dedicated team in Syracuse, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in a variety of surgical specialties, including Robotics, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, and GYN .

• Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Provide sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgeries.
• Scrub in for a variety of procedures including Robotics, Neuro, Ortho, General, ENT, Vascular, and GYN.
• Work alongside surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and the smooth operation of the surgical team.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist with the cleaning and sterilization of instruments.

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience (within the last 4 years) in an operating room, ideally within a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or teaching hospital.
• Experience in a variety of specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Vascular, ENT, GYN, and Robotics .
• Certification preferred (Certified Surgical Technologist - CST).
• Scrub experience required.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
• Travelers : First-time travelers will only be considered if they have experience in hospitals of equal size to our facility.

• We offer flexibility in scheduling with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts , totaling 80 hours every two weeks.
