Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Job Description & RequirementsThen the position is 100% remote within the designated coverage area covering approx. 400 patient census. Patients are adult/geriatric general med/surg type patients. Expectation is for 5-6 patient visits per day within coverage area. Candidate MUST HAVE:- 2 years Home Health PT experience - Master's Degree in PT- active PT license (IL) and BLS (AHA) - experience with adult and geriatric patients - able to assist with ADL's and adaptive equipment - valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable transportation- able to effectively collaborate with other specialties (RN, OT, Speech, etc.).
