**Job Title: CT Technologist**
**Shift:** 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
**Location:** Richmond, VA
**Unit Overview:**
Join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art CT department featuring two advanced scanners (GE and Phillips) within a busy hospital environment. You’ll work alongside a dedicated staff consisting of 7 full-time and 3 PRN professionals, providing exceptional patient care during 80-100 scans daily.
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist who is passionate about providing top-notch imaging services. This role requires adaptability, multitasking skills, and a commitment to collaborative patient care. The ideal candidate will perform a range of CT procedures and engage positively with both patients and team members.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform advanced CT imaging procedures, including biopsies, abdomen/pelvis scans, heads, spines, brains, chest CTAs, and more.
- Ensure quality control and safety protocols are adhered to while operating GE and Phillips equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Meditech/GE Centricity PACS systems.
**Qualifications:**
- Mandatory: ARRT certification in CT and current CT experience.
- Must possess a valid Virginia state license.
- Preferred: Experience with GE or Phillips equipment.

**Scheduling and Call Requirements:**
- Weekends and on-call duty expected, including 24-hour coverage on weekends.
