Job Summary:
Citadel Contractors is seeking an experienced designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process for our tilt-up projects, ensuring innovative, efficient, and constructible solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of tilt-up methodologies and industry best practices, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
As a Tilt-Up Designer you will collaborate extensively with our project managers, superintendents, and engineers, providing you with comprehensive exposure across the entire construction lifecycle. Your key responsibilities may encompass:
· Coordinate & implement design details for tilt-up buildings.
· Coordinate & maintain design & detailing schedules for the design department.
· Coordinate with other design professionals & project managers to create structural construction documents utilizing BIM software.
· Oversee & manage the project detailers to meet schedule & quality standards.
