Technical Recruiter

• MUST be onsite 2 days a week in Wilmington, MA office
• *This will start as a contract with the potential to convert to perm for the right individual

Responsibilities:

• Own the sourcing and prescreening for technical hiring
• Strategically and creatively source passive candidates.
• Develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.
• Provide top notch candidate experience.
• Manage the interview scheduling

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: corporate or agency
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
• Commitment to excellence and top performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
