Ledelsea is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent in the technology sector. Working closely with managers, you’ll develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to build a workforce that aligns with our company’s growth goals. Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions using systems like Bullhorn
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
• Stay current on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment is required
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and sourcing tools for recruitment
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
