The ideal candidate will have experience drafting detailed estate plans, navigating trust and estate administration, and preparing estate accountings. A keen understanding of tax-driven provisions is critical, as well as expertise in probate processes and tax reporting. This position requires someone with a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep commitment to delivering top-tier client service. Duties: Develop and draft sophisticated estate plans, ensuring tax implications are thoroughly addressed. Assist clients with estate and trust administration, including familiarity with probate processes. Prepare and review fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and estate tax returns. Prepare estate accountings and provide comprehensive guidance on trust and estate matters. Provide high-quality legal advice to individuals, families, and fiduciaries on complex estate planning issues. Collaborate with team members in a supportive and dynamic work environment to achieve client goals. Stay updated on changes in tax law and estate planning strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in tax, trusts, and estate law, with expertise in tax-driven estate planning and administration. Strong background in fiduciary income tax, gift tax, and estate tax return preparation. Excellent understanding of the probate process and related legal requirements. Demonstrated ability to draft detailed estate plans and accountings. Exceptional quantitative skills and attention to detail. A high level of professionalism and a client-centric approach to legal practice. Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. LL.M. in Taxation (strongly preferred).
