  • Provide end-to-end field support, including mobilization, demobilization, at-sea system operations, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Support occasional travel and work at remote locations, including shipboard environments

  • Experience supporting the integration and operation of electro-mechanical and electrical systems in maritime or mission-critical environments.

  • Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to lead or collaborate in diverse, cross-disciplinary teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Physically capable of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined marine environments.

  • Active TS//SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in maritime systems, ocean engineering, or undersea technology programs.

  • Operational or project experience with autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), or manned submersibles.

  • Familiarity with underwater connectors, fiber optic telemetry, and acoustic communication systems.

  • Hands-on field experience supporting integration and operation of electrical and sensor systems in subsea or shipboard environments.

Experience coordinating with military, government, or defense stakeholders in a technical or operational capacity.
