Supply Chain Manager

As we continue to expand our operations worldwide, we are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager with at least 5 years of experience in global e-commerce supply chain, logistics, or retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global logistics, import/export regulations, and fulfillment operations. The Supply Chain Manager will lead a team of supply chain professionals responsible for everything from global forecasting to global fulfillment, ensuring seamless operations and high service levels. Knowledge of Amazon Global Logistics and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution is a plus, and experience with Monday.com and ERP systerms is highly desirable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership: 

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, including demand planners, logistics coordinators, marketplace specialists, and analysts to optimize performance and achieve departmental goals.

Strategic Planning:  

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

E-commerce & Retail Support: 

• Collaborate with the sales retail and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth inventory replenishment for platforms such as Amazon (globally), Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Support retail partnerships with major accounts such as Costco, Lowe’s, and Walmart by ensuring supply chain readiness for large-scale deliveries.

Global Logistics Management: 

• Oversee all aspects of global logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and fulfilment. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and optimize freight forwarding routes to minimize transit times and costs.

Fulfillment Optimization: 

• Partner with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers, and carriers to optimize inventory allocation, order processing, and shipping operations. Ensure fulfillment channels are properly stocked and equipped to meet sales demand in each region.

Inventory Management & Planning: 

• Develop and execute strategies to maintain 150 days of inventory on hand across all sales channels.
• Regularly review demand forecasts and supply plans to align with sales, marketing, and operational needs.
• Monitor and optimize inventory flows to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Vendor Management:  

• Establish and maintain relationships with overseas Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain resilience.

Continuous Improvement: 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to optimize supply chain workflows.

Reporting and Analysis: 

• Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track key supply chain KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data analysis and insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous optimization efforts.

Conduct Monthly Supply Chain business reviews with the Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications:

1. ​Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.M
2. inimum of 5 years of experience in global supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.D
3. eep understanding of global logistics, import/export regulations, and international trade compliance.P
4. roficiency with ERP systems (Fulfil), demand planning tools (Inventory Planner), and platforms like Monday.com and Google Suite.K
5. nowledge of Amazon Global Logistics and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution is a plus.E
6. xperience leading and managing a team of supply chain professionals, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.S
7. trong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and opportunities.E
