We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain team and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes.

Job Overview:

As the Supply Chain Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, from procurement and logistics to inventory control and distribution. You will develop strategies to ensure smooth operations, optimize costs, enhance product availability, and improve overall supply chain performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including lead times, delivery accuracy, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer demands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and inventory replenishment to ensure the company maintains an optimal stock level.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, minimize risk, and ensure the continuity of supply.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain challenges and best practices.
