Adams & Martin Group is working with a firm in San Francisco as it expands its Staff Attorney team to manage current and upcoming litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of not only traditional litigation case management, but in-depth expertise in eDiscovery and document review tasks. Duties will include:
Coordinate and manage internal document review attorneys and support staff - oversee document review projects, draft protocols, and lead trainings
Assist with case development and assessing unsolicited representation inquiries
Handle written discovery and prepare associates for meet-and-confers
Support expert witness designations and draft expert reports
Draft legal documents including sections of motions and complaints
Conduct legal research and cite-checking
Prepare for and attend depositions alongside attorneys
Conduct fact investigations and client communications
Draft deposition summaries and manage client document production
Assist with trial setup, logistics, and exhibit preparation
Firm is seeking California-bar admission and at least 3 years of experience handling complex litigation, including previously stated doc review tasks. Firm handles a blend of commercial, antitrust and IP litigation. Familiarity with platforms such as Relativity and Everlaw required for the role. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environemnt also required.
Firm offers a hybrid schedule for those in the San Francisco area. May consider those especially qualified living outside commutable radius to work remotely. Firm offers salary and benefits, plus possible bonus based on billable hours.
