Job Description

Job Description

Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfillment (MCF) enables sellers to leverage Amazon’s operational scale to fulfill orders from any channel—not just Amazon.com. Every shipment we move must be fast, reliable, trackable, and cost-effective. The Shipping & Delivery product team builds and owns the systems that power this experience: from delivery promise generation, routing optimization, and shipment planning to tracking and delivery experience.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Technical (PM‑T) to lead a critical part of this stack. You will define and launch solutions that directly impact merchant experience, delivery reliability, speed of fulfillment, and operational cost. This is a high-ownership role that requires comfort with ambiguity, strong technical acumen, and a passion for solving foundational problems in fulfillment logistics.
As product owner, you will work with a dedicated engineering team and also partner closely with other product and technical teams across Amazon.

If you enjoy dealing with high ambiguity and complexity, you’re entrepreneurial and want to build new technical products, come join us!

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact.
• Deeply understand the technology that underpins our fulfillment systems and supply chain processes. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.
• Work closely with merchants, operations, sales&marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
• Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers.
• Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns.
