As Senior Director of Hardware Product Management, you'll lead the strategic direction and execution of Nokia's hardware portfolio, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy. You'll translate market needs into innovative products and solutions, driving their successful launch and lifecycle management. This role demands a deep understanding of product positioning, business models, and market dynamics, while collaborating closely with R&D, technology, and our customer base to deliver exceptional hardware experiences.

Knowledge & Experience
Management experience across several functional areas or businesses. Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice or expertise across several different disciplines within a function. Command of content of sub-function. Recognised thought leader. Typically requires 10-12 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree. A PhD would normally be expected in R&D stream.
