Sous Chef - New York, Up to $90k

Our client, a renowned hospitality group, is seeking a Sous Chef to join one of its upscale Italian dining concepts, celebrated for its authentic cuisine and exceptional guest experiences. Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a sous chef or senior kitchen role, preferably in an upscale Italian or fine dining environment
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff while maintaining high performance standards
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
