The Skilled Tradesman: HVAC may also be responsible for performing tasks in other skilled trades areas as needed. This position is governed by established trade practices and institution policy. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Work Experience: HVAC licenses with minimum 2-year HVAC degree or HVAC license and five years of experience in HVAC field. Either requires 3 years minimum experience with HVAC- PM, chiller repair, boiler repair, AHU repair including all associated equipment and devices. Stable work history; and valid driver's license.
