Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly customer services to all our customers
• Schedule and monitor appointments
• Obtain vehicle and customer information
• Complete repair orders
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments
• Manage, retain and obtain new customers and fleet accounts
• Initiate, coordinate and manage social media campaigns
• Monitor, manage and communicate with customers on social media platforms
• Plan and coordinate community events
• Review and manage inventory
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Experience Required:

• 1 year Customer service experience
• Ability to manage customers, scheduling, phones, etc.
• Ability to manage Facebook, Google, Yelp and local advertising campaigns, etc.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate local events

Experience Preferred:

• 2+ year Customer service experience
• 1+ year of automotive industry experience
• College degree or equivalent

Salary/Wage:

• $14-$20 per hour, based upon experience

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Job Type:

• Full-time (possible part-time available)
