We're Hiring: Full-Time Septic Inspector Location: Beacon Falls, CT Company: The Miranda Team: Pillar To Post Home Inspectors Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, 5-day workweek (Saturdays required) Are you experienced in septic systems and looking to join a growing team of home inspection professionals? We’re hiring a Full-Time Septic Inspector to perform septic inspections and assist with additional services when needed. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed septic system inspections for residential properties
• Accurately assess system condition, function, and compliance
• Communicate findings clearly with clients and team members
• Perform light maintenance or service tasks when required
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
• Support other home inspection services as needed

• Experience with septic systems or related plumbing/inspection work
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certification (or ability to obtain) as a septic inspector is a plus

• 5-day workweek
• Saturdays are required
• One weekday off (typically Sunday + one other day)
