Reporting to the Director - Digital, the manager will build relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies, planning and implementing SEO strategies focused on organic growth. This role requires a visionary approach, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization. Responsibilities: Drive landing page optimization, linking strategies, analytics, and content strategy Manage SEO communications and execution across all Home Entertainment categories Coordinate with Corporate Marketing and Headquarters, prioritizing within existing roadmaps QA and provide feedback on content and technical SEO improvements Establish KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of SEO tactics Understand product features and reasons to buy Partner with agencies and digital teams to enhance traffic and SEO performance Manage agency outputs, ensuring alignment with briefs and prompt action Collaborate with digital teams for cohesive messaging across channels Document initiatives and communicate stakeholder feedback Share updates and explore process efficiencies Monitor competitive landscape and market trends Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent Experience leading a team of analysts 8+ years of related experience 5-7 years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics Strong understanding of SEO principles Skills in strategy, planning, marketing, and project management Knowledge of SEO best practices and management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Staffmark offers competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off.
