We are hiring an SEO director to oversee SEO strategy, execution, and adjustment to AI search (be it through Google AI Mode as a default in Google search, be it through discovery through LLMs).

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing SEO strategy for our clients. You'll work with a team of SEO associates tasked with handling the execution of these strategies—your role is to:

• Oversee the SEO strategy that will help grow our clients' businesses
• Ensure our SEO Associates are able to execute the strategies you develop together, assisting them when appropriate
• Oversee our team's growth and development
• Ensure the work being performed is of the caliber expected
• Provide input during the hiring process, ensuring we're getting the right people in the right seats.

Qualifications

For this role, we would like someone with:

• A strong grasp of the buyer's journey and how SEO ties into it
• The role of SEO in a company's overall marketing strategy
• Extreme organization
• Exceptional communication skills
• Amazing people skills

Compensation

$100k-$125k
