Description About Us MeanPug Digital is a full-service digital agency specializing in legal services. What does that mean exactly? Well, while some legal marketing agencies are focused on just a single or small set of services, we are a soup-to-nuts partner in growth for law firms. That means we handle everything from creative design and web development to PPC and SEO to strategy, operations, and reporting. Basically, we're a CMO + Marketing team in a box for mid-sized to large law firms.

For the Senior Wordpress Developer role, your day-to-day responsibilities might look something like:
- Implementing client sites based on high fidelity mocks
- Leading daily stand-ups with our team of outsourced developers
- Managing processes to maintain our award-winning caliber of development and keeping the larger team up to date with project milestones
- Making improvements to shared libraries and services to boost common client website functionality
- Working with the Partner's to improve developer productivity
- Planning and updating work requirements in our Project Management tool of choice (Asana FTW)
- Working on "blue sky" growth projects
There are also some core skills you'll need to possess for success in the Senior Wordpress Developer position, including:
- Custom Wordpress Theme Development with PHP and ACF (3+ years)
- Modern Javascript Development, including usage of compilers (e.g. Webpack, Parcel, etc)
- TailwindCSS (2+ years)
- Experience optimizing sites for Google core web vitals
Nice to have skills include:
- Docker
- Experience With Wordpress Visual Builders (WP Bakery, Divi, Elementor)
- Python
- NodeJS
- React
- Wordpress Plugin Development
