Senior Stationary Engineer

Location: NAZARETH UNIVERSITY - 22222045

Workdays/shifts : Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour - $45.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:  As a Senior Stationary Engineer at Sodexo, you are a problem solver and safety promoter. Your knowledge and technical skills are critical to meet maintenance needs. You ensure a safe working environment and productivity among your team. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a lead Stationary Engineer operating and maintaining stationary engines and equipment such as steam engines, boilers, air compressors, generators, turbines, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct safety tests and periodically inspects, repairs, adjusts, and lubricates
• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment, as required, using hand and power tools.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 5 or more years of related work experience. 
• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done. Minimum requirement is boiler operator’s license
• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license
