Salary: $300,000 - $500,000 per year

Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add an experienced Real Estate Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have 10 + years of complex transactional real estate financing experience. Experience with construction lending, specifically syndicated lending, is a must have! They are looking for someone who has experience on the Lender side!

Job Details
Requirements:
10 + years of Complex Commercial Real Estate Finance Transactions
Solid background in New Construction lending (Syndicated Lending required - Multiple Lenders)
Experience with High-level, Large, Complex loans that are in the 100’s of millions
Experience closing deals!
If you have a leasing background - that is a bonus (they have a couple of big potential institutional clients so that experience would be beneficial)
Experience with revolving lines of credit, bond refinancing, affordable housing transactions, construction loan & permanent loan, as well as distress real estate workouts, etc. is ideal
Experience representing the Lender side
