Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, PhotoPass and Merchandise lines of business, which includes Room and Tickets eCommerce and products such as Hey Disney, MagicBand+, Disney Genie and Disney Genie+.

This role sits in the Disney Signature Experience organization within Technology for Disney Experiences, supporting Disney Cruise Line.

The Sr. Digital Product Operations Manager will report to the Sandy Csizmar.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Disney Guests.
  • Lead delivery and ongoing maintenance to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed.
  • Drives continuous improvement within the Product Operations team by implementing measurable systems and processes with a eye on efficiciency, scalability and team collaboration.
  • Trains, coaches and mentors Product Operations staff on idea generation, communication and overall quality & accuracy.
  • Translate digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and documentation.
  • Assists with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners across the Organization.
  • Support with maintaining the feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision.
  • Contributes to developing the go to market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
  • Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressively complex experience working in the online industry.
  • Experience resolving technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
  • Understanding of people supervision, the development of teams and leadership skills.
  • Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Enthusiastic about helping people, solving problems, and championing products.
  • Previous experience with Disney is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
