Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

End Date: September 30, 2025

Weekly Hours: 20 hours / week (Part-time)

Our client is looking for a Sr. Product Design Director to lead the end-to-end redesign of their flagship enterprise SaaS platform. This initiative aims to reimagine user workflows and deliver a modern, cohesive user experience that empowers clients and sets new standards in the industry.

You will work within a dynamic cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive design strategy from vision through execution. This is an opportunity for a seasoned leader who is passionate about solving complex UX challenges and creating elegant digital products for enterprise users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product design lifecycle—discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Synthesize user research and analytics into actionable design insights
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with stakeholders to align on vision and priorities
• Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in accessibility and usability
• Present concepts and rationale confidently to executive leadership and client teams
• Ensure consistency across multiple product modules through robust design systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on product/UX design experience with a focus on B2B or SaaS platforms
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic vision and pixel-perfect execution
• Expertise in Figma; proficiency with Adobe CC and prototyping tools
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in agile environments
• Exceptional communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization
