Our growing firm is currently in search of a seasoned trusts and estates attorney with over 5 years of experience as a senior attorney. Must be able to handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent our clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have solid trial experience and be willing to mentor our newer associates. Your excellent communication and writing skills will come in handy as you thoughtfully position our clients toward favorable outcomes. $180,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Drafting estate planning documents
• Handling probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
• Supervising more junior team members
• Managing client relationships
• Assisting with business development initiatives

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• At least five years of estate planning and trust administration
• Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to local and state bar associations
• Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
