Position: Senior Content Design Manager (Content III)
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire
Salary: $83,200-104,000/Year
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, CMS management, and UX writing.
• 4+ years of experience in copywriting and editing.
• Expertise in CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Wix, etc.).
• Strong English writing skills with a focus on clarity, grammar, and style.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for customer understanding.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, UX, engineering, compliance, and legal teams.
• Portfolio or writing samples required.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Content Design Manager to support our client’s Digital Product & Design team. This person will define and execute the overall content strategy to drive an intuitive, customer-first digital experience across web and mobile platforms. They will also manage the full implementation and migration of a new cloud-based content management system (CMS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and implement a digital content strategy across multiple customer channels.
• Lead CMS content modeling, planning, migration, and execution.
• Define tone of voice and develop approachable, engaging content.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineering to create seamless user experiences.
• Develop frameworks, audits, and best practices for scalable content governance.
• Use customer feedback and research to optimize content quality and consistency.
