Position Title : Senior Communications Coordinator

Location : Atlanta, GA

WFH Policy : 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday), 2 days remote

About the Role :

Join a dynamic team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills and contribute creative solutions to internal and external communications efforts. You’ll be responsible for drafting and editing content for internal announcements, newsletters, executive communications, and customer-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Write and develop content for internal communications, including announcements and newsletters
• Support employee communication programs by publishing and updating content regularly
• Draft and edit communications in AP style, ensuring clarity and brevity
• Proofread, format, and distribute communications
• Assist in creating internal articles and managing the company intranet
• Provide support for town halls and large employee events
• Track the effectiveness of communication initiatives using digital tools
• Prepare reports and presentations showcasing communication outcomes
• Offer suggestions for improving communication programs and campaigns

Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or journalism
• Proven experience writing content in AP Style
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with tools like LumApps, Poppulo, Staffbase, and Google Workspace
• Background in financial services or technology sectors
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorships unavailable)

Details :

• 8-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
• Pay range: $38 - $41.50/hour W2
