The Role:

• Your engineering expertise in steel and concrete structures, geotechnical engineering, and foundations will be essential.
• You'll review designs for substation structures, rigid bus designs, foundation layouts, and more.
• Perform design reviews to support the development of construction packages for substation projects.
• Mentor junior staff while actively contributing to proposals and bids.
• Assist in overseeing project quality and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Participate in site visits and occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Your engagement with clients will include presenting at meetings and conducting training sessions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team.

What We Value:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil-Structural Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MATHCAD software.
• Experience with structural analysis tools such as STAAD.Pro, RISA-3D, and others.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach with readiness to travel up to 10% for project needs.

Pay Range: $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
