An Account Manager with Schmidt Security Pro is responsible for maintaining business relationships, developing new business opportunities, servicing and supporting current customers, and representing the company in the community. The primary responsibilities revolve around enhancing customer loyalty, driving revenue, stimulating growth, and creating new service solutions and opportunities. This position requires extensive customer service skills, experience developing new business, reliable transportation, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Knowledge of commercial security systems is helpful, but not required.

Primary Job Accountability

• Managing the customer relationship in current Schmidt Security Pro accounts to drive additional revenue and provide solutions.
• Generate sales opportunities by responding to requests, identifying needs, producing quotes, and sustaining the relationship with decision makers.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to ensure the deliverables meet the customers expectations.
• Promote Schmidt Security Pros growth through the development of new relationships and other prospecting activities

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Valid Ohio drivers license with 2 points or less
• Self-starter with drive and determination
• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, and/or business development preferred.
