Job Description

Our client a a major international retail group, known for its supermarket chains, e-commerce platforms, and focus on sustainable retailing. Is hiring a Scrum Master to join their team. This is a 1-year contract opportunity, fully remote.

The Scrum Master will help to support a high-priority, multi-year initiative. This role requires a candidate with deep agile expertise, experience in waterfall project management, and a track record of driving successful team outcome.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a buffer between scrum team and product owner
• Providing coaching and training to improving a team's ways of working
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and practices , ensuring adherence to Agile principles
• Ensuring the team follows the scrum framework
• Promote Scrum values and principles
• Strong understand of issue, risk, cost, and dependency management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge and experience across Agile practices.
• Proven ability to assess and enhance team through structured coaching and training.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Expertise in Waterfall project management with a focus on risk, issue, cost, and dependency management.
