Job Duties and Responsibilities Successfully position and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers. Assess each customer's needs to offer the best-value solution. Exhibit resilience in handling challenging calls while keeping focus on broader goals. Manage your time effectively while engaging with customers, navigating systems, and conducting real-time data entry. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, promotions, and competitive advantages. Deliver outstanding customer service to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
