$80,000 - $90,000

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What you'll do:

• Manage and communicate the company’s safety program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to integrate safety into all construction activities.
• Conduct site audits, attend project meetings, and address safety concerns proactively.
• Provide safety training, guidance, and consultation while actively participating in the safety committee.

Who we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of construction safety experience, and relevant certifications (OSHA, CSP).
• Skilled in recordkeeping, safety compliance, and use of technology/software (Microsoft Office, safety systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to collaborate across all levels, including clients and subcontractors.
