Facility: Sanford Broadway Clinic

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: Day

Job Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary Range: $29.50 - $44.50

Job Summary

In this role, you will:

• Answer patient inquiries over the phone, assessing symptoms and medical needs using triage algorithms.
• Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers.
• Document patient information and maintain updated healthcare records.
• Educate patients based on their inquiries and ensure adherence to triage protocols.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Possess at least one year of healthcare experience.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, with multistate licensure if applicable.
• Can complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment.
• Are committed to maintaining required competencies and certifications.
