Facility: Southpointe Clinic

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full-time

Weekly Hours: 32.00

Salary Range: $29.50 - $44.50

About the Department

Become a vital part of our fast-paced clinic, collaborating closely with OBGYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff. Together, we deliver coordinated care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Our mission is to enhance women’s health outcomes through compassionate care, advocacy, and proactive health management.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries over the phone, assessing the severity of symptoms and medical needs using triage algorithms.
• Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers.
• Document patient information during triage in health record systems, ensuring accurate follow-up care.
• Maintain and develop triage protocols, keeping healthcare information updated.
• Educate patients based on incoming calls and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
