Position Details

Facility: Sanford Med Ctr Fargo

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts

Job Schedule: Full time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Department Details

New grads will work every other weekend for the first year, then transition to every third weekend and every third holiday, with shifts available during both days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide empathetic care for patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• The ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
