Job Title: General Manager – Fast Food Restaurant
Location: St. Louis Metro Market
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, including opening/closing, food prep, customer service, and cleanliness

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of 25–40 staff

• Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure operational excellence

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

• Foster a positive team culture and motivate employees to meet goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food/QSR preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with inventory, scheduling, and budgeting

• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
