Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Appointment Setter/Scheduler to join our team. As an Appointment Setter/Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and setting meetings for our sales team with potential clients. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
. Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and meetings.
. Research and identify potential clients using various databases and tools.
. Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and interests.
. Schedule appointments and meetings using our CRM software.
. Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets.
. Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
. 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
. Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
. Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
. Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Nice to Have
. Experience in a call center or sales environment.
. Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
. Familiarity with CRM software and technology.
